In order to reduce waste, some items are made to order and shipped from a different facility. We will always make our best efforts to get all items shipped as fast and economical as possible.

Rook Lacrosse is doing it's best to eliminate as much waste as possible so apparel and some accessories are made when the order is placed so there is a longer lead time on those items. We will always do our best to ship items as fast as possible.

1. Fill out the contact form below with a short description of how the shaft broke.
2. We will reach out to you where the broken shaft should be sent.
3. Once the shaft is received a replacement will be issued.

We request to have the shafts sent back so we can improve the product. The data of the break is recorded and sent to our development team, as we strive to make every version stronger and lighter to give you the edge on the field.

Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase if the items are unwashed, unworn, and free from damage.

Rook Lacrosse is not responsible or any lost or stolen deliveries. Disputes with carrier service should be placed for reimbursement.
